Lack of sleep

Having lack of sleep lately. Work volume was so overwhelm till feel so tired. Many last minute documents send over to us, hence last minute rushing of the bills. Haiz...

Hopefully all will goes well today because I am really feeling tired and want to sleep early tonight. Hahaha... There are so many things to rush lately. Don't really understand where people are so kia su and gan chiong over small matter. Not only that... people likes to threaten each other. "Don't bill then we don't pay" or sentences like "If don't reach the invoice to us by 5pm today, we are not paying and not returning the goods". So crazy...

I agreed with what my boss said to me. "We don't work for the customer but we work for the company"

I am now hoping weekend to faster arrive so that I can a short break with my dearest as well as for March to end SUPER fast. Haha... It have been a tiring week for me.

Work, work and more work

Today work is so busy and feeling tired. There are still somemore work to be done and hopefully able to clear more tonight as I am afraid that there will be more emails and more last minute urgent things to clear. Hmmmm...

I encounter something today that is so "happening". Someone actually threatened us if we do not bill them by a certain time today when services/goods are not delivered yet. In accounting point of view, this type of billing is known as advance billing but however they don't want it to be an advance billing. Services/goods will be completed in one working day time but they still refuse to wait. Haiz...

Luckily the Project Manager mentioned to persuade them after awhile. Hmmm... I am so shock when they really just like to threaten and it is so unreasonable request as well.

Busy busy week

Hmmm finally I drop by to blog abit. Lately, work have been so busy as well as still need to do school project. At last, after tonight I am ready to submit my school project. Woohooo... Don't really intend to work late tonight... feel so tired when I work up this morning. Last time was in a rush state... system is down the whole day and resolve by late afternoon. By the time, we need to rush out all billing by end of the day to the customers...

Customers are so difficult to handle at times. I realised it depends on which type of customers you are handling. I remember when I worked in Metro for near to one year previously, there are so many challenges and I actually enjoy working there. I can meet all kinds and races of customers. Their type of customers are either local, tourists or even constructions workers. Some can be demanding but some are very friendly and easy-going.

In my ex-company, the type of customers are mostly overseas people. However now in my current company, it is 90% local customers. Haha and the local are widely known as "kiasu" and "gan chieong" Hahahaha.... Indeed true...

Monday Blues

Hmmm, having some Monday blues today. Haha... See the amount of unread email this morning just now, make me blue liao. Haha...

Today is Monday, so far so good. Lately at work, there is some reshuffle of people around between two teams. Hmmm and of course reshuffle of seats but not in my team yet. Hehe... Hopefully to have a confirm seat of my own... One of my colleague told me to treat my current seat as perm seat first... Haha...

As compare to previous two ex-companies... This company is the first one that I don't have any piglet stuff. I remember last time I have piglet's handphone holder for my handphone, a mini piglet stuff toy on the desk, etc. Hehehe...

Piglet is the only bear/toy that I will be happy upon seeing it. Hehe... "Small but brave" is one of the quote that Precious Moments' series have. Hehe... Hope to have a great week ahead. Yeah!

Busy Day

Another busy day today and the busiest for this whole week. I got a feeling that tomorrow will be busy too. Hahaha...

Emails kept flooding in will never finish clearing from now till end of the month for sure. Everyone said this urgent, that urgent however things are either not enough document or not enough charges, how to do? I simply prioritise. If not there will be no ending. Haha...

I had lunch with some of my ex-colleagues recently, feel quite happy to lunch with them. Still misses those day where my HTF group can lunch together. Those were the days. However its alright. Haha thinking back, each of my ex-companies have a set of own memories to keep. Hehe.

Ok time to go start preparing for my project. Jia you!
