Cooked my own dinner just now. Tried something new actually.
I tried to cook it like fried carrot cake but instead of flour cake, I used chicken dice instead. Bought 2 packet of frozen chicken cuts from GIANT yesterday which are having offer. Defroze one half of one of the packet and cook it with beaten eggs. It turned out to be looks bit like fried "carrot" cake. Hehe... Can try cook it for my dearest to try when he is back.
About to continue my project now. Time to log off now. Weather is nice with dizzling rain. Missing my dearest... Oh my, I realised that I have not open my mouth talking since I woke up this morning. Hehe... Kind of very quiet at home now. I guess I had a quiet weekend. Don't really like the quietness although I can fully concentrate on my revision and project.
