Fat fat

I went to NTUC this morning and saw a packet of prawns $1.85. Kind of cheap. Hehe so I went to bought it and cook it with egg rice and have a hot water cress soup. I was calculating just now, and realised that I should do start to do as follows:

- Total meals spend per day shall not exceed $8 and max $10.
- Buying only the things when needed.
- Pamper myself once a month.

So far spending have not burst yet, but I still must control myself and must be able to achieve my target saving. Hehe.

Had a nice attempt by cooking a different style of egg fried rice with prawn. Seems like I should stick to my normal style of adding no seasoning to the egg and should add to the rice instead. Hehe. But I had enjoy cooking for my dearest. There are still some parts for me to improve and some parts to pay attention on when cooking.


I have a goal now that I will want to achieve. That is, losing at least 5 kg. Hmmmm currently weighing at 59kg is terrible. Double chin, fatty thighs and big face. OMG! I have seen one website that says in order to diet healthy, the best is to eat more vegs and fruits. I guess I will have to cut down on my meat intake. I will start with bringing fruits to the office and eat. I remember last time I used to eat only porridge almost every day.


I should be starting to exercise a bit every day if possible. Oh my, I must really lose weight. Hmmmm...
