I remember times where at my old house, some of us play badminton at the void deck, near car park and there isn't a proper badminton area to play. But then I realised now my aiming and sense of direction bit weird. I thought I can hit it, but actually I can't. Haha. I guess it have been quite some time ever since I last touches badminton. I think practice will make perfect. Hope to play it every week to practice more. Hehe.
Tonight dinner is quite full. We had 4 dishes in the end.
First dish is the Ma Po Toufu, which taste bit salty as compare to last week coz we put slightly more salted bean then the usual portion. Second dish is the stir fried Xiao Bai Chye with garlics. Third dish is the Shitake Mushrooms with Szechuan Vegetables. The fourth and last dish is a dish that we try to cook and see if it is success or not. It is hard boiled egg with chilli.
Looks simple but kind of bit need some skill to cook because the chilli will be dry up fast hence need to add water. It taste nice and dearest said that taste bit similar like those that the Malay stall are selling, just lack of some thing perhaps. Well, practice make perfect. If we practice more, I guess we can succeed one day. Took a picture of it but then due to the lighting of my dinning room, I guess kind of bit dim. Hehe.
I realised that I really love to cook as well. Especially for my loves one. Putting your heart and soul and cook it with all your love and effort in it. When my loves one eat it, appreciate it and enjoy my cooking, that is the joy that I will get and I will be very happy. Hehe.
Time to head to my books now. Hmmm... feeling bit hot now, wonder why. Haha perhaps the weather is hot tonight again. Hehe.
