Fry Chye Sim with Prawn
Fry the garlic first then remove from the wok.
Fry the prawn till only half cook and then remove from the wok.
Stir-fry the Chye Sim stalks before frying the rest of the leaves.
Add in some oyster sauce, soy sauce and water before adding the prawn and continue to stir fry all together. After which add in the garlic and have a final fry before serving.
Hehe, that is my way of cooking this dish and my way to allow the prawn to still taste juicer and sweet.

Scary to eat all this coz ended up very high in fats as well. Oh my. I really do need to cut down my intake of deep fried and oily foods. Hmmm.
Time to have a good rest tonight. Unable to sleep well last night, do not know why. Hmmm...
