It been nearly a week ever since the last time I have blog.

Have fallen sick and having ear infection. Left ear kind of feeling block and some echo going around when people talk to me. =( Went to see doctor near office and have some medicine. Hmmmmm... Even when I am talking to others, I felt something blocking my left ear.

Felt like singing just now so went to Pigletper Favourites blog to test out some favourite KTV songs from there. I can't really sing properly now with my ear condition now like that. Felt kind of wierd out of the sudden.

It's a cold and tired week

I haven't been into blogging for quite a few days already. School have been very busy for the past few days as I got to rush between 2 lesson which crashes on the same 3 consecutive same days.

It been a good experience for me coz it is the first time my 2 lesson crashes on its first 3 lesson which was taught by the RMIT lecturers. Not much of a choice. Either first 3 lesson crashes or all the other days of lesson crashes. I won't want to choose the second option neither if not I will be ending up coping all by myself.

Work have been busy everyday as workload increases and having to rush for classes on days I have lesson. I have to prioritise my work and judge by its level of urgency.

Weather have been cold lately as well. Hmmmm... Life have been so wonderful with my dearest with me. I realised lately I have been naggy. The "feeling old" symptom is here. Haha... I have been feeling fat as well. Dearest tell me that I have grown fatter. I guess I have to watch my diet carefully. Previously my second aunt told me that if I want to lose weight in a healthy way, I should eat more veges (which I have been doing coz I love to eat vegetables) and also watch the fatty and high starchy food. Beware of starch or any food related to flour, they are horrible. They can increase your weight fast without you realising. Hahaha

Beeh Booh

Eventually still wishes to put up something for Beeh and Booh.



Because of my dearest, Pigpig and Beeh Booh, I realised that I kind of like to see fishes. They seems so freely in the water, always making their owner happy with their beautiful fins and colour. I like to see them so colourful and active in the water.

Today is my first time ever going to Jack Place and have my lunch. Didn't went there have my meals before. Thanks to my dearest. The steak there is really nice and was quite worth eating.

Saturday

Look at this cute fish... Trying to bite me? Hahaha...

Had this nice mango dessert last night. Looks nice and taste nice too. If I remember correctly, it is call Fresh Mango Ice with Mango Sherbet with Milk.


Lesson in class today is quite good. Did some exercise and manage to grasp the problems out of it. Met the RMIT lecturer before class and she explain some parts of the questions to me. I realised that this new lecturer is very patient and nice. She explain those questions that I have in doubt with and I fully understand after her explanation.

Met my QAD group after class at Bt Panjang Plaza to celebrate San Di's birthday plus gathering. Too bad only Xiao Di and Patrick are unable to make it. Patrick is another one from our group to become MIA already. The rest of our QAD group are left with me, Zixin, Adeline and Michelle aka Mei Xuan which I am used to call her. We do not always meet up but we will still keep in contract thru phone or via MSN. All of them have their own commitments and work so we will call upon each other or sms each other to see how are we doing. I am glad to have such friends, we overcome many ups as well as down in our ITE days. Study together, solve problems together, face problems together as well as helping each other whenever any one of our QAD group mates are in any difficulties.

We went to Swensen to have our dinner and chit chat while waiting for Ah Gu, Er Di's darling. Hehe... San Di and I, we took some pictures but most of them are taken by her camera. So I will just upload what I have taken for a peep first. Hehe.

Busy week

This week is a very busy week for both me and my dearest. Workload increasing but can be challenging. Problems surfaces as I go on at work but I believe there will sure be a way to solve it. Hmmm... My school new semester start tomorrow. Hopefully all goes well. ~jia you~

Had a bad sleep last night. I was having a bad block nose last night and ended up sneezing most of the time in the morning. By afternoon, after taking the medicine and under the sun awhile, I feel much better. Sneezing have stop but nose feeling dry. I guess it is the post symptom kind of thing. Haha.

On the way home, I was caught in a traffic jam again. Yesterday, I was caught in the jam as well but it wasn't as heavy as today. This time I took out my handphone and went to time the duration of travelling from Bt Batok to Bt Panjang. It took about around 28 minutes. It suddenly cross into my mind that there is a ERP gantry just right outside Upper Bt Timah Road's Hume Ave Condo. Most of the people travelling out from PIE out via Bt Timah Road and going towards Upper Bt Timah and Woodland are trying to avoid the ERP that causes them to change usual route to the exit of Bt Batok East Ave to Hillview, thus resulted in quite a heavy traffic jam. Hmmmm...

I was surfing the Internet to look for some nice song from YouTube when I come across my favourite piglet's big movie clips.



Very cute and looking at how brave piglet is... Hmmm... Although piglet is small, can be timid at times but when friends or loves ones in trouble, he will definitely help. =) Just finish some amendments to my www.pigletfav.blogspot.com.

Now searching the internet to find appropriate meaning of words so that it can help me in my reports writing. Hehe...

Red Cliff

I went to see Red Cliff after work with my dearest last night.



It was quite interesting and good war strategy. Although ended up "To be continued", but we will go watch it when the Part 2 comes. Hehe. I think I am interested in many things and want to learn many things now. Hehe... I understand why dearest like to see such war show now. =)



Work have been quite busy lately. Hmmm... Weather is wierd this few days as well. In the morning it will be raining and around afternoon time, the weather will be very hot. Easily people might fall sick. One of my beeh booh have passed away and lived not more than 5 days. Hmmm so sad right... But it is alright, the other one have good sign of activeness. Hopefully able to live well. Hehe.

Weekend

Yesterday had a very interesting dinner with dearest. We explore our meals into cooking dishes that we have not tried before. At first I was planning to cook something light and simple. we went to NTUC and saw some frozen crab meat and oyster so eventually decided to try something new. It have been always a interesting cooking style with my dearest. And most importantly is that I enjoy it alot and I guess my dearest enjoy it too.

First, I make use of the Shitake mushroom that was actually bought one week ago from GIANT Supermarket and boil it with Guo Qi Zi herbs together with vegetarian oyster sauce.



After that I use some of the soup from the above mushroom dish and cook our very first "Shark-Fin" soup. It is my first attempt and was quite a successful one.



Our last dish is the egg oyster which kind of fail in the end. Either because of using the wrong flour or due to the wrong sequence of frying and stirring. Hehe



But overall, the dishes have the looks but as for the taste I guess the soup was the best. Hehe I am a soup person so of course I will have the tendency of cooking soup as part of my meal's menu. Hehe.

Beeh and Booh

This is our Beeh and Booh.

They are so lively and was first saw in a very "cramped" tank in one of the shop at Clementi.
One was chosen by my dearest while the other was chosen by me. Each of us choose one of them from the tank. There are many variety and different breeds of fishes there. Hopefully our Beeh Booh can live longer than our PigPig. =)

Yeah!

Oh my, past two days have been very tired. Getting busier at work and have been knocking off late from work. Hmmmm...

Went down to buy school books ended up what surprised me was first time I hear of books being out of stock at Clementi Bookstore. It seems like many NUS NTU or other University students are purchasing the same books as well. In the end, I had no choice but to wait for either school or Clementi Bookstore to replenish stock. Hope I can purchase faster and then I am able to start reading. Bit "gan chiong" over my studies now. Haha.

After dinner at the Clementi Wet Market Food Centre, we are feeling quite full and then we proceed to see some fishes at one of the aquarium shop across the road.

Bought a white pig fish. Oh my, they look so adorable when they all cramp together or should I say they seems like enjoying the company of one another. I bought two of them for my dearest to rear at home. Hehe reason for buying two is because I don't wish for one to be lonely since they like the company of a group already. If suddenly become one, I am afraid it will anytime RIP like our pigpig.

Dearest thought of the name beeh and booh for them. Hehe, the first beeh booh was started by my dearest when we are just together. Hehe... Feeling sweet and happy to have beeh and booh with us. I try not to over naggy by asking dearest to take extra care to them but then I know dearest knew what to do and how to handle them. Hehe. Can't wait to see the nice picture taken by my dearest. Yeah yeah.

Ok enough of blogging, time to wash clothes and get ready to bed later. Tommorrow will be another busy day for me. Ta-Ta.

Sweet Saturday

I was re-arranging and sorting pictures in my computers when I saw this picture that was taken some weeks ago where I treated my dearest to this Kim Gary at Vivo on one Friday night.


I had a nice sweet Saturday where I whipped up some dishes for my dearest. Had invented one dish that I never tried before and surprisely it turns out well. My dearest said it is nice and it have the selling looks but need some improvement on the "soup". Hehe. I will improve it the next round if happens to cook the same dishes again. It was a very rare mushroom and the first time we had that mushroom for our meals.

Dinner time we walk to Sheng Shiong and bought a fish as our dinner. Our first time dishes in ou meals as well. Turn out to be nice. Hehe. I like the whole process of cooking together, cleaning the kitchen wares together after our meals. It was bonding and many communications taken place. But of course, if my dearest likes and appreciate all my cooking, I will be definetly very happy. But, I won't fly up to the sky neither as dearest prefer me not to blow my head big and prefer me to be low profile. Will heed his advice as well. Hehe.

This afternoon went to collect my specs as well as meet Zixin and Mrs Ang, my former ITE lecturer for lunch at Beauty World. Feeling quite full now and just finish editings my other blogs. Currently doing my office work at the same time seeing my emails. Hmmm... Time flew so fast, it have been 6 years already ever since we graduated in 2002. Many changes in ITE now and things are different, in terms of studies, courses and environment.

Came home after lunch and suft a bit of net, where I went to do some reading about this Red Pig Fish which is also my PigPig. Ended up the wrong pig fish. Haiz. Haha

Wanna fast buy some fish for my dearest to rare at home. Hehe, new arrival of my pig pigs are here next Tuesday. Yeah.

Brrrrrrrr

It is a cold morning today.

Everything in life have to move on fast, accurate and harder. Work have been going on fine. Yesterday my boss received a call, after that he seems kind of down. All I can assist him is to expedite some of the workload. I have to continue chasing the system vendor later on. Service is so bad.

1) Didn't really response fast
2) Didn't get back to fast
3) Say will call at certain time, we waited till ended up have to call ourselves.
4) Didn't seems to know much of the accounting issues.
And there are many more to list. My collegue and I are having headache to settle this as there are so many problems popping up everytime. Arrrrhhhh...

Feeling bit sleeping. Hehe

Must listen to dearest and sleep early. I will have to set my timing of sleep on weekdays night at 11.30pm instead of 12am from now on. Hehe. I have discovered that my dark eye rings under the eye have darken and it is not very good for my skin.

Can't wait for my porridge dinner on Friday. Hehe want to look for somemore pigpig for my dearest. Hehe
